Can I install a wireless Ethernet card into a desktop computer already connected to a wired Ethernet/Internet, and use that to connect my Clie to the network (printers, internet conneciton, etc?). We never turn off the computers at lab, and this would be a little cheaper than getting a stand alone AP.
