TG50 with the game controller

it works very well. But a little warning.

When I installed the driver that came with the CD, TG50 no longer syncs at all. It just crash everytime I press hot sync button.

Make sure you install the updated driver here http://www.ita.sel.sony.com/support/clie/access/gc10/softupdates/

I deleted the old driver, did a soft reset. Then install the new driver, now it works perfectly.

If you don't mind, can you post a short list of your favorite games using the controller? I was showing my husband the game controller in Best Buy and showing him how I thought I might want to get one if I get a TG50 or any future T-series that might be compatible with the controller. Of course, being the logical fellow he is, he asked me what games I would play using the controller.

And I, owning an old PocketPC with just a few games on it, had no clue what Clie PalmOS games would require the controller. :o

first of all, the game controller comes with one game. Sega Columns, which is wondeful.

Currently the games I'm playing the most with the controller is Midway Arcade classics by Handmark. Download the trail version and test it out yourself. I've found them to be a lot of fun. Check this link out. http://www.handmark.com/products/midwayarcadeclassics/

Thanks Ayumu!! I was having the same prob with the hotsync and I was very frustrated. I was about to do a hard reset. THANKS SO MUCH! PS, I'm going to try out the classics too - I loved Joust and Spy Hunter on the C64...

Yes, it's a fantastic community! People are so generous with their time and advice. I too have an nz90 and an nx70, and was going to take a look at the tg50, just in case I wanted to use that instead of the nx.... (I surf with a bt phone)...

Yes! I couldn't return my nx - too much going for it, so I decided to keep both, ouch... oh well, I'm another hopeless addict.. I'm actually dreading May and Sony's new offerings. I wish they could just give us a list at the beginning of the year :)
