Hotsync failing - advice?

Not sure why this is, it 'sync'd OK until a few days ago.

I've commented elsewhere that I appear to have two datebooks on my TH55 (one NX style and the CLié Organiser - I'd like to lose the NX style one) and to that extent I changed the Profile in the systray Hotsync via setup to Tenex-TH55 from Tenex (the old NX profile). All worked OK to this point now it won't connect at all and there are no USB options in setup - any ideas what I have to do to correct it?

I think I would reinstall your PC apps from disc. It sounds like something is foul and a reinstall will probably fix it.
