Memo on Top

I am dreaming of a little app that would allow me to open my memos on top of any another application to quickly write some notes without leaving the main one. I found a calc-on-top but no Memo-on-top...
Anybody knows such a tool?

With RakuDA you can also create Memos from any application. You can also create ToDo's and Datebook appointments. What I dont like about it is that can only create memos but not read them, also the memos have certain lenght limit. I still prefer daMemoPad but I thought in telling you about this DA. :p
