If you just randomly picked up a NX70, how do you know if that NX70 is patched or not?

Just look for a little glue oozing out from around the patch.:D

Sorry, the devil made me do it.

I dont know if it needed a patch to do that or not, but it appears to be OK now - not sure what the long term risks are, but its not coughing up black tarry stuff in the morning.

You would have to know the files and dates to look for. I don't think there was any version add to OS itself. It's not like you can look at the version and see if it was service pack 1. Next if a hard reset is done, then the update is gone until it's reloaded again either by a restore or manually. Even Sony's site is of no help as some the versions displayed were wrong too.

if i use ms backup, will i have to re-install the patch every time i used hard reset? because i have to do that for the wifi card.

Thanks for your time.
