Graffiti 2 Stopped Working After 3Hrs!

Hi All,

My friend and colleague bought the excellent Zire72 which he correctly set up (he knew what he was doing as he had been using a Palm for quite some time now).
After about three hours Graffiti 2 ceased to work!
He has had to resort to inputting data via the on-screen keyboard, which kind of defeats the object (in my view) of having such a wonderful tool.
Can anyone help as I am looking to upgrade from a Clie SJ30 to Zire 72 at some point in the future.

Can you tell me what you mean by "ceased to work." What happens when he tries to write on the screen. It seems to me he probably turned the on screen writing feature off. It is a little purplish box in the lower (right?) hand corner if I remember correctly.
