Update for VZ90

Sony JP released an update patch for MediaLauncher (Movie, Music) to fix some bugs:

1. When playing MP4 movies, if you rotate JOG to right after moved slider to right end (end of movie), then playback will be stopped and Play & Stop buttons not functioning problem.

2. Error occurs when you removed MS after selected "MS MP3" or "Internal Media MP3" under MediaLauncher - Music in following cases:

- w/ MS contains both MP3 and ATRAC3 format music
- w/ CF and Internal Media both contains MP3 music

At least Sony Japan supports their products. Its nice that they think its a big deal even with the small things.

Actually Sony US will also release bug fixed patch, like ClieFiles (Sony JP released it on 11/11, much slower than EN version). I don't think Sony US doesn't support, but of course, not as good as when compared w/ Sony JP (like Sony JP released IC 1.1 update but US didn't). Sony US only focused on "bug", but not "improvments".

well thats not really true..........most of the time is a quick fix that does not lead anywhere at times...........Besides they are not sell taht many of these devices in Japan. User groups shows the numbers not much.

I guess this is better fixing little bugs rather than doing as PalmOne... Having enormous bugs and waiting for two months to patch them... or some of them... :D

Anyway, nobody forces you buying a VZ ;)
