I almost bought an SJ30. SJ30 can satisfy every need of mine except for the very weak alarm sound.
Today, I compared the alarm sound of an SJ22 and an SJ20 (having the same alarm sound as SJ30). I think that the alarm sound on SJ22 is louder than that on SJ20. Even though it is not that loud as T665 or SJ33, but it is usable. However, the environment is rather noisy; hence I might be wrong.
If the alarm on SJ22 is really louder than those on SJ30/20/10, then I do not have much problem to accept SONY's claim that SJ22 is a new model even it seems to be almost the same as SJ30.
