I downloaded the 2Fast2Furious trailer off this website but I can't play it. The only place I can find it is in the Memory section when I check the delete button. Any thoughts here?
Thank you,
Tom

Are you sure it doesn't require a 3rd-party media player such as Kinoma or MMPlayer? If you downloaded it from PDAVideos, you will most likely need to install Kinoma Player to view it.

Need more info about your problem. What format of movie did you download? What site did you download it from?what program are you trying to play the movie with? what dir on your card did you save it to? Did you convert it in anyway? What quality is the movie (audio and video) and do you have the upgraded Avx MQTParser from the UX50? You need to give some more detail so that someone can help you out with your problem.

Wow!! Thanks so much for the questions. I finally found some specific instructions in my Clie, all the printed stuff and the info on the disk really isn't very good. If I can get through the following hurdle, I may be able to make this happen (hours of work spent so I can watch a trailer for a movie I really didn't like!). Anyway, the only problem I am having now is trying to get the 'Data Import' to work. When I try to connect (using a cradle), I get the Windows XP noise you hear when trying to connect an external device, then it doesn't connect, I just get the 'tap to connect' screen on the Clie again! Any thoughts as to why?
Thank you two again for your help so far,
Tom

Have you installed the SCSI driver for your CLIE? If not, you will need to do so first before you can make a connection. It will be automatically installed when you install "Data Export" on your PC from the installation CD.
