T3, Outlook, and Palm's conduits

Has anyone had problems with the T3 syncing to Outlook 2003 and Palm's latest conduits? During sync with Outlook it brings up the Outlook Not Responding window. Clicking retry doesn't work and then Outlook crashes. Then the T3 freezes and has to have a soft reset. :confused:
