Any Splitter for MP4/MQV files???

Is there any splitter utility can cut MP4/MQV files into slices?
I just need a simple tool to cut them quickly...
I thiink it'll be useful for people who play MP4/MQV on TH55.
Because of the expensive Memory Stick card,
I always needs to cut video files to fit in my 256M MS card... :(

PS. I also have one Sandisk 512M MS for general use.
I hope I could buy 1GB MS card soon.
( if the price of 1GB MS card could be about $100 .....) :)

I know that with IC 2 (and also with IC 1.5 I guess) you can split a file.
