ok, i realize this isn't ux50 specific, but i've only had mine for about a month,
and i've been dying to post in the ux50 forum ...
previously, i was using megalauncher v4.3 on my nx70. did everything i needed. loved it.
i finally got around to trying it on my ux50, only to discover, of course, that
that version won't do widescreen. so i downloaded the newest version (5.4).
it's huge, but right now i still haven't completely loaded up the ux50 with all
my old "baggage" so i figure, what the heck, i've got the room to spare.
alright ... now my problem:
in v4.3 (i never went beyond that, cause i never needed to), there was
an option called "copy data at start" that you could enable per application.
this allowed me to run apps off the external media even when i moved
all the app's associated files too. (e.g., vindigo).
i can't seem to locate an equivalent option in v5.4. i even resorted to
looking at the megalauncher manual. :)
is it gone? is there a reasonable workaround? have i missed something
obvious? (listed in order of least to most likely, probably)
thanks in advance.
