Altho I'm registered for SyncWizard, they steadfastly refuse to answer my emails or even those of PalmGear. I was requesting an upgrade. I found a reg code, but there is no place to enter it(that I can see). I figured I needed the full version from the developer but....
Is there another app that will do the same thing as SyncWizard? It allows me to view my Palm contents, both RAM and card on my PC.
Thanks

If you saved all your contacts and stuff and really want to try and get the problem solved. Contact the BBB. They will get you the answers you need. Companies don't like their reputation to go bad and the BBB helps try and make companies stay in line. Its sad that some companies just plain ignore customers. I purchased a pc case online (free shipping so it was a real good buy). The case arrived defective. I contacted the company for an RMA request the day I got it. After repeated attempts over the course of 3 weeks to get an RMA with no responses (their tech support phone line always dumps to voice mail no matter what time of day I called I even tried every 15 minutes for 5 hours staight one day with the same results). To keep a long story short I reported them to the BBB. And they are even refusing to comply with their policy to the BBB. This makes companies look bad and people will take business elsewhere. I along with many others check the BBB before buying products.

Nice in theory, but they are located in Berlin, Germany.

Perhaps you could give PFB (http://www.pmrogan.de/site/PalmSoft.htm) a try. It is freeware. You can view files and transfer files from a PC to RAM or card (or vice versa). The site is in German, but the program is simple: you start up filepc2pdA on your Palm, then start pfb.exe on the PC.
