NX battery source

my 70 is a bit over a year and a half. anyone have an idea how long the batt might last and where a current source for a replacement is?

Mine died last month after about a year and a half. I purchased a replacement from laptopsforless.com for about $40 including shipping. Very happy with it.

I too purchased a replacement battery for my nx70 from laptops for less and I'm quite happy with it. Actually I was surprised at how well the new battery worked. I think it is better than the original battery. I was never able to play a full two hour movie with the original battery. With the new one I can!

By the way I was able to remove the back of the NX70 in spite of the star screws. I used a small jewelers screw driver - flat blade but small enough to fit into the star pattern.

Oh yea. My old battery also lasted about 1 1/2 years and worked quite well right up to the last month and then the charged life shorted dramatically. I was only getting about 20-30 minutes of life.
