RAR is a compressed file, like ZIP- you will need to extract it before you can install it. Palm applications are usually .PRC extensions, or .PDB for databases, etc.

i think the newer versions of WinZIP will open RAR files. If not, search for WinRAR- similar product- different company.
and double-click is all you need to do once you get that...
