Transferring data from 1GB Memory Stick Pro

I took photos onto my 1GB Memory Stick PRo. However, my Sony Memory Stick Reader does not read the Pro sticks, and the hot sync does not back up data from the Memory Stick Pro. Any ideas?

Select "MS Import" on the Clie while you have it docked; if you have installed the drivers from the Clie CD, your PC should see the MS on the Clie as an external USB storage device. I think the software on the clie is called 'MS Export' or something similar...
