How can I put a song on my Treo 600

I have recorded the music for the "Six Flags Man" commercial from the Six Flags web site. I recorded it on my Mac computer. I have it in snp,wvf and QuickTime sound formats. I want to put it on my Treo 600 and be able to play it on the Treo so people can hear it.

The reason that I want to do this is that I am going to dress up like the Six Flags Man for tommorw night. I have all of the iLife software on my Mac G5 computer. How can I do this?

I figured out how to get the sound file into iTunes and save it as an MP3 file. Now, How do Import it from my Mac to my Treo?
