Hi All,
I just wanted to let everyone know of the great experience I had dealing with Global Source (http://www.glblsrc.com/shop/customer/home.php). I ordered a stylus and being a numb-skull ordered the wrong one without even realizing it! I e-mailed Global Source telling them of my error. They had already sent out my parcel and instructed me to refuse it when it got delivered. Well, Airborne Express didn't wait around for a signature, and just left the parcel in my mailbox. I e-mailed Global Source again, and they told me that they would send out the stylus I really wanted, and for me to please drop the incorrect parcel off at Airborne.
I think it is incredible that Global Source sent out the stylus I actually wanted before receipt of the incorrect one, and trusted me to return the incorrect stylus! They say they are not charging me the added shipping nor the difference between the correct and incorrect stylus!
