I work at circuit city in Illinois, and today on our truck we got the new TG50. Of course the first thing i did when unloading the truck was open the box. It came half charged so i fired it right up. Awesome screen! OS5! Bluetooth! MP3! BUILT IN BACKLIT KEYBOARD! YES BACKLIT KEYBOARD (orange) Totally awesome. We are gonna be selling them for 399.99. hmmm wonder if i can find someone who wants to buy my T615??

no no no.. I already knew that, I'm just asking about the physical aspects of it: is it small up to the point that you have to squint to read the text?

Where are you located, yuskis1? Here in Tucson, AZ we are sort of a test bed of new technology and I've found we sometimes get things before bigger cities like Phoenix do. This means I might be able to get it this weekend! Woohoo! Good thing there are both a BB and a CC not too far from my house.

it definitly doesnt feel cheap. its solid metal with a metal flip cover. the only thing i dont like is the power button. its on the side. also, right out of the box, the phone book button didnt work.

its the same size and thickness as the T615. the keyboard is exactly the same as the one on the NX90. its layed out really well and the keys are a decent size for my thumbs at least.

The keyboard looks nice (in photos, I haven't actually held one yet) and I'm sure I'd be able to use it, but at the moment I'm entrenched in graffiti. But when it comes time to upgrade (maybe a year from now) and everything's graffiti2, this will be my choice.

what do you mean the phone button won't work?

yuskis1, why not post a formal review or something answering a lot of our questions?

yOyOYoo, I suspect it was some problem or default with that particular unit. Who knows.
