Every now and then I managed to run out of battery juice so completely that the result is a total loss of RAM contents.
Ergo, I'll get reset back to square one.
Lukcily enough I utilize a backup software by now that allows me to get back on my feet in a jiffy.
Except for this one. The need to perform a HotSync every time so that certain SW (e.g. CF-Magic) will accept my registration codes.
I always get the damn text "You have to perform at least one hotsync first" thrown into my face.
A first I thought using a tool like "ChangeUser" to establish a HotSync ID would do the trick, but it didn't.
What am I missing here and is there any tool out there for me to bypass the need to run crying home to my PC first, everytime my power has dropped down to 0% ???
Thanks in advance
