All, I don't understand why it is that every time I use Intellysinc Lite, the version that came with TH, it will work very nicely for about 1 month or so and then stop working...and this with no paparent changes to the computer.

For example, yesterday I made a bunch of changes to Quicken (paid bills, etc.) and I performed a hotsync with my handheld, which I have been doing for over a month. Well this morning, hotsync is not working. I have tired exiting it and restarting the manager, I have uninstalled it and re-installed it, but I can't sync. Come to think of it the last thing I did yesterday was move some mp3 files to it via the Data Import utility.

Has anyone seen this before? Any help you can offer is appriciated.

This happens to me about once a month. It just stops working for no apparent reason. I tried un/re-installing, but it didn't make a difference. Now I just re-boot both machines when this happens and the problem seems to magically disappear.

I have tried this as well and it doesn't work either. I rebooted the machine first and had no luck. I uninstalled Intellisync and reinstalled it again. No luck. I rebooted the machine once more, and no luck. I used to do the same, reboot and it would work. But I have gone through 2 reboots and it's not working. I just noticed that Data Import no longer works either.

Very Frustrating :mad:

Did you reboot your PC AND reset your Clie? Also, if DataImport doesn't work, I would check the cable! My OEM Sony clusterfunk was very iffy. My sync/charge cable has proven to be much more reliable.

What do you know, darn thing works now. After I reset the TH the things just going through a hotsync beautifully.
