What is "BeiksRsrc"?

I have BDicty.

There is a file named "BeiksRsrc", only 2K - which I cannot delete from RAM - the error message says "Unable to delete BeiksRsrc".



What is this file, and how to I get rid of it?

Maybe the reason you can't get rid of it is because you aren't supposed to. Why do you care so much? it is only 2k and is probably something you need for bdicty.

I struggled with the same problem. E-mailed Beiks and that's what they said:
"The BeiksRsrc file is a little special type of file; you would need to either explicitly turn off the resident support in BDicty or delete BDicty and then reset the device (soft reset) in order to be able to delete that file."
After soft reset I was able to delete it...
