Ok...so how do I get to setup my PowerRun software to run applications from my MS? I installed PowerRun, but when I use the Quick Install software, it automatically installs things to my internal memory.

1. Install program
2. Open PowerRUN
3. Select card
4. Scroll to desired program
5. Select program
6. Select move
7. Exit PowerRUN
8. Look for program shortcut in Unfiled
9. Invoke Program
10. Thank SMEGGIE :D

How do I install the program to the card and not the internal memory?!

Thanks for the detailed instructions ;)

nvm...now I get it, you install to int. media, then move it to card...I don't like the lil delays though, kinda annoying. I also hate the fact that I'll lose those programs if I don't have the card in. I'm trying to think of which programs I should move to the card and whatnot... :/

Then don't use it. I have used it since day one and couldn't live without it.

Same here, I have used it since day one. I also have FlyZip. Works very well with the UX too. As far as speed, they are the same. But FlyZip makes it look more professional. Here is a link:

I forgot to mention, I use FlyZip for those applications I want to reduce in size but still stays in RAM. It has an option to place the zip files in RAM rather than just the MS-PRO, unlike PowerRun.

Hope this helps. :) :) :)

So Christian...

When the apps are 'zipped' are they useable or do they have to be unzipped first? Can you give me a little more detail on this Flyzip app, please?

Thanks!!

Nevermind.

I've installed it and I'm going to give a trial run. So far, I kinda like it however zipping my really big apps like Agendus and Pocket Tunes, the apps that would really make a difference, really isn't practical because they are used so frequently. Most everything else is PowerRUN'd to the stick already.

Sorry for the late response. I got stuck downloading stuff. It is similar to PowerRun, it just gave the user another option to lessen the size of a program in RAM and not just send it to the card like PowerRun does, assuming the internal media is already full of course.

It is a very useful program for those applications you want to stay in RAM and decreased in size. In that way, you have the option to switch to a different MS and still use the zipped files.
