With out this forum, I would have ebayed my UX ASAP!
Gees, I had no idea that Sony would something so half *****ed!
After the Playsation, and all of those other Sony goodies... who would have known.
I mean, I read the stats on the UX50.. and it sounded great...

But now, My ux is a usefull tool, I'm using a Sony Ericson t610 phone, surfing, chatting, and emailing via bluetooth! ( thanks to you guys).. I can actually have playlists for music, ( thanks CliePet), and now all the info, and aps I need are now handy on the "desktop" via AppShelf..
I've stopped lugging around my Ipod, it just dosen't do eveything the UX can do....Not to mention, txt messeging is so much easier on the UX.. no more multi tap..or T9..

Now I just wish I could find that progam that turns the bluetoothon and off as well as the Wifi... would be nice if it worked with AppShelf.. I could have a little button in the corner or the "tool bar"... I would also like to see a hack/skin for the Audio player that has big buttons, so I can quickly pause, play etc.. would be nice is Album Swap was some how included.. Last but not least... where is this SharkButton thing.... sounds soo good...

P.S. I live in NYC, I got my UX because my laptop was getting so heavy...I want mobile email, chat, as well as a calender ( MUST HAVE), oh, and must have music... how else do you travel on the Subway?? I feel sorry for those suckers using "smartphones.. " clunky, hard to use.
Maybe someone else will pick up where sony left off... Zarus?? hmm... I'm not so sure.. We Ux users know what we would change... why don't one of these companys check out this forum before they make a lemon???
Has anyone see the "OGO" My UX does it all now!!

Nope, NYC Subways are still in the 3rd world country with little technology or are very filthy IMO.

Ok. I'll try this BT Toggle, hate spending 14 $$ but, I might like it...
Snapper mail is the top right??

WIFI in SUB... think about it, the Sub is over a hundred years old, rats are the top of the food chain here....
There is a slim possibility of WIFI at a few stations, only if there is a place with it nearby, ala starbux.. BTW, can anyone connect to Tmoblie hotspots??
I'm BTing via my cell, it works great on some of the subway.. ( the above ground parts)... On the 7 train express, I usually have someone next to me, compleatly mesmorized by my UX.. of course, they never say anything... I think that's b/c eveyone is from somewhere other than the US!! ;) Godda love NYC

Ok, tried BTToggle and have Hotswitch, but looking for a program that will switch between the Networks.
Example:
Have Bluetooth selected as Network, want to change to Wireless LAN.
I just want a program that will switch from BT to Wireless so that I don't have to go to Preferences/Network/Switch from BT to Wireless. I know it seems silly, but I change a lot and it would be very nice...
Thanks for your help...

Boy, we just can't make you happy, can we? :)

Try this: Netselect
http://www.palmgear.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=software.showsoftware&prodID=39070

I have this mapped to my Jog wheel push and it pops up so I can change it.

you need to use myemail.t-mobile.com as your smtp server for tmobile outgoing email. there may be an auth that you need but I forget... it may also simply be ip-based.

I remember people saying, "A 40 MB hard drive? Who could possibly use that much space!" It wasn't all that long ago.

You'd be surprised...

Whatever the amount of memory, people work to fill it. Law of computing. ;)
