1src Forums - AIM 1.1 Question

I use AIM v1.1 and theres one thing that really annoys me. After replying to an im and sending it, the message I originally wrote stays there and I have to delete it to write something else each time. Does this happen to anyone else?

Happens to me too. Is a pain in my arse. I hate having to highlight what is there and delete. It's ridiculous they're trying to sell it for $20. They haven't even changed it one lick from what used to be on the AOL IM site for free. Just plain greedy.

Ok....atleast I know I'm not the only one. That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. I can't believe they're selling a program like this for 20 dollars. I'm glad I downloaded it for free from some link on one of these message boards. I think it's about time they upgrade to version 2. I'd gladly buy it if it fixed this problem and added other things such as away messages. Just make it closer to the regular version and I'd be happy.

Does it load your buddy list off of the server? Every time I start the app I have an empty buddy list. Even if I add people to it, it never sees them as online. When I exit and return the buddy list is empty again.

Mine loads the buddy list fine. It works good except for the fact I mentioned earlier about the message staying there.

Drat. I can't get it to load my buddy list, or even keep any names.

Verichat seems to work great though. Plus, it gives me Yahoo! :D

Now.. I just have to get the WiFi working at school...
