I traded my zodiac 2 for the t5, I have had like over 5 hard resets today. I still held onto my tt3. The tt3 seems so much faster. When you reset the tt5 it's like restarting a desktop pc, not the few seconds it does with my tt3, or even my zodiac 2. I loved the formfactor of the tt5, but am so dissappointed. Anyone think palmone will release a fix very soon to take care of all these problems?Having to reset the tt5 is unbearable the amount of time it takes to be back on, this is starting to remind me of some ppc's I had in the past. Anyone think these things can be fixed? I cannot even use backupman v 1.5 with the t5, has anyone been anble to use it? Thanx. It looks like the treo 650 looks like it is going to be the must have gadget, I might have to ebay my tt3 and tt5 for a 650:) Anyone know why a rest takes so damn long??? A hard reset seems to take like 5 minutes from beginning to end. IS anyone else having these problems? I have always been a palmone fan, the tt3 was one of the best pda's I have ever owned, as well as my old ux-50. I hope not all of the new palms are going to be like the tt5 if palm doesen't post a patch. To reset a pda should not take this long, and the screen redraws are so slow compared to my tt3, and it's suppoes to have the faster processor. If palm does not fix the tt5's (patch) before people start buying these when they are more readily available.I am regretting trading in my zodiac, but if palm can fix this they have a WINNER, great formfactor, battery life. I just hope there can be a patch that could fix all these problems.

Here's a better thread: http://www.1src.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70582 . Lance has proceeded carefully and achieved better results. Ensure that you don't put any T3 patches, including the updated T3 DIA libraries, on the T5.
