I'm planning to purchase the NZ90, and was wondering about extending the 90-day warrantee. A few online stores offer the MACK 3 Year PDA Warranty ($50). Anyone have experience with that? Am I better off purchasing from Best Buy or CompUSA and getting their extended warrantee or buyer protection? Do either of them match web-based pricing? With no shipping and no tax, the difference (in CA with over 8% tax) is significant between paying list + tax in-store vs. tax-free online. Harmony Computer has it for $699 (no tax, free ship).

You can actually take a NZ (or other PDA) that you have purchased elsewhere to CompUSA and buy their warranty for it. They verify it is in good working order than your off. I have had nothing but BAD luck with BestBuy and nothing but GOOD luck with CompUSA. Their warranty is kinda expensive but it seems to be a no questions asked (in most cases) kinda deal. They exchanged my refurb (bought if off the internet) Visor Prism for a new Clie T615 without any reservations, I was surprised.
