Hi All,

Just got my UX50 and am getting used to it, but I am using a MS Duo stick that I own with the adaptor, and find it overhangs the MS Slot by 1-2mm.

Now, first question, do all regular MS have this annoying overhang?

Second, if so, what make is best and "smoothest" so you don't snag it on you pocket etc......this is particually bad with the Duo and adaptor as it has very sharp edge.

Thanks

My MS Stick sticks out of the slot by a little as well. I think that the slot was made too short. I can press the card and it comes out when I should really be using the stylus to get it out. I really don't like that due to when I take the UX out of my EB40 bag, my card is ejected.

I have read somewhere about somebody that trimmed down an SD card that gave that problem with another PDA a while back, wonder if you can do that with a MS?

I did that with a smartmedia card at one point. Turns out those things are only about 40% actual circuitry. Can't say the same for the memory stick cuz I haven't tried, but if I had an 8meg or 16meg card around I certainly cut it open just to see...
