What device model do you have? Did you install the Codecs required?

What?! I can't even surf the web and play music without it lagging. I hate having this stupid WiFi card. I wish I had a UX50. Grr.

I have similar situation just today. After a soft reset everything work just fine.

BTW, the mp3 is playing well while wifi-ing, it's excellent! (either pocket tunes/audio player)

Right now FMP does not shut down existing multimedia sessions before it starts up. This will be added in .04 [ie. will stop any AudioPlayer background playing]. Shouldn't impact PTunes.

For now, follow the instructions and soft reset - FMP will work again.

BTW: Codec installation is *not* required to use FMP.

Installing other codecs is optional for some combinations that aren't supported with the built-in codecs (to play higher bit rate movies on the TH55, or to play MP4 format on the UX/TH)

That case will continue to work - but choppy due to CPU and storage card overload.
3rd party audio players (PTunes, AeroPlayer) don't use the same technique as AudioPlayer/MoviePlayer/FullMoviePlayer - so you can have any number of 3rd party players running, but only one of AudioPlayer/MoviePlayer/FullMoviePlayer
[try it - PTunes, AeroPlayer and AudioPlayer can run all at the same time ;-]
