Adding negative reputation

In the topic view, there is the option to "Add to X's reputation" but you only have the opportunity to offer 'compliments'. Is there a way to offer criticism? Some people wandering these forums are full of nothing but crap and are wrong or overly opinionated about everything they post. It there any way to add this to their reputation? :)

There was a way to do this when the reputation system was first added, but many people complained and it was then removed. I personally thought it was good to have a way to give both positive and negative comments, but it seems the vocal majority does not agree.

Thank you for the answer. I guess too many people were worried that they would be labeled for what they truly are :)
