PictureGear Lite 4.5 freezes

When I am using MSImport to read the memory stick using PictureGear Lite 4.5, as the pics load in PictureGear Lite, it freezes and the Clie freezes as well. Have to soft reset the Clie and shut down PictureGear on the PC. Anyone had this issue before?
