Forgive me if this has come up before; I have not been able to find anything from searches.
A couple days ago when I put my T615 in cradle for the daily hotsync, I noticed the green light on the cradle did not come on. The sync and battery charging worked fine, so I didn't worry about it.
Yesterday it took several tries of pressing the cradles hotsync button before the sync started. (And the green light still does not come on.)
This morning hotsync would not start at all on presses of the cradle's hotsync button; had to start it through the T615.
Due to the green light not coming on, and also this syncing problem, I assumed I was having a cradle failure problem and bought a replacement cradle on the way home this evening. But even with this new cradle I am still having the same problems:
- The cradle's green light still does not come on when the T615 is in the cradle, and the cradle's hotsync button still does not respond when the T615 is in the cradle.
I've also tried doing soft resets and stopping and restarting the Hotsync manager, but those have not helped either.
At least I can still do battery recharging and start Hotsync through the T615, but I think I prefer being able to use the cradle Hotsync button.
And I'm also wondering why the cradle's green light does not activate on both the original and the new cradle when I put the PDA in.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
