Please can someone help me! I forgot my Sony Clie TJ37 Password. What do i do?

Hopefully,

1) You remembered to give yourself a hint that will help you remember.

2) You made a backup of everything on your PDA just before it locked you out, because you are going to be looking at a hard reset if you can't remember the password.

Next time, write the password down and put it in your safety deposit box at the bank or tape it onto one of the rafters in your attic. If you put it in a hard-to-get place, people won't find it accidently (or they won't know what it is), and you won't be totally screwed if you forget it (you'll just be very annoyed to have to crawl through the attic).

Otherwise use one of the crack tools tixx listed above or No Security (http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Cable/5206/nosecurity.htm)
The Security program that comes with your Palm has the feature to remove a forgotten password and delete all your private records. It tells you that you can recover your records with a HotSync. It's much more convenient to install No Security (after you've forgotten your password) and delete the password without loosing any records.

Consider SplashID in the future, and you can keep a record of it on your desktop. Just don't forget your SplashID password! :D

Apparently you can just delete your "unsaved preferences" database file too.
Of course for most (all) of these password crackingprograms, your device has to be unlocked.. will only help if you have just got secret records.

Consider SplashID in the future, and you can keep a record of it on your desktop. Just don't forget your SplashID password! :D

Did you see that movie? I did and was surprised at how parents brought 7-12 year old children into it and stayed even though the language and acts were just not right for them to see in my opinion.

My system uses up to five passwords so it would be disaster if i lost all them :p, but now only advise what i can give you is that remember your passwords at next time :o...
