Lost CLIE Install CD

I have lost my Clie CD. The problem is that I re-installed my Windows and can't install the Palm Desktop for the clie. Somebody help me please!!!

settle down. call Sony and ask them for a replacement CD. normally they send it cost free.

Talk about useless. The moron I spoke to at first said it can be downloaded off the website. I said great where? He said go the The T615C section and download the update. Only problem is the update requires the original version to be installed.

So they told me to call customer serivce. They want $6 for the CD (fine). Then they want another 7 for shipping.

13bucks for the CD? I am tempted to go buy a nice new clie copy the nice new CD and return the nice new clie back to the store. Okay dishonest as heck but doesn't sony think they can charge a reasonable amount for the darned CD. Oh yea it takes 2-4 weeks for the CD to get here. If they were shipping fedex and charged $7 for shipping fine so be it but $7 to drop it in the mail at their leisurely convenience:mad:
