View Full Version : Battery life deteriating!

Has anyone else notice their battery life deteriating.? My NX seems to last only about 60 - 70% of what it use to last. I only had it for less than4 months or so. Will Sony take it back and put a new battery in it?

I would think so if in fact the battery is going bad.

It wouldn't hurt to ask. Both times I called Sony Tech support they were pretty courteous. I'm not sure if my battery life is deteriorating. I always keep topping it off and it rarely gets below 80% a day. I've had it for about 3 and a half months now.

Mine seems to not last as long either. Granted I use it to take notes for 5 1:30 hour classes and to play games and what not but its kinda annoying:(

I feel like mine is somewhat less, but it is hard to tell. I need to start keeping a chart.

I believe that I am having a similar problem with increasingly poor battery life. For some reason I believed it was because of the lithium ion battery. Perhaps it really is deteriorating.

I'm having the same problem. Let me know if anyone finds the reason or gets some joy from Sony.

If you getting all that, your not doing too bad, time wise for battery life.

The battery life range is from 2.5 to 5.0 hours, depending on the backlight setting.

i keep my backlight on the lowest and itas fine for me i got about 5 hrs yesterday
