Hotsync log problem

I need help with my hotsync log. It's in:

C:\Program Files\Sony Handheld\FM\HotSync.txt

After reaching 5Kb, new hotsync records displace older records. The log never gets larger than 5Kb. It used to get huge. I have no idea what I could have done to 'cause it to behave this way. Anyone ever experience this? Are there any fixes?

Also, are there any applications / programs that rely on the hotsync log? I use Northglide's NeatFreak Pack. Does Uninstall Manager need a hotsync log (that has a complete record of all hotsyncs) to keep track of programs and associated files?

Ok. It only does this when I install my applications one by one. If I install my applications (a bunch of them at the same time) and keep installing them (a number of them at the same time) until all my applications have been installed, then the log gets bigger than 5Kb. What's the deal with this? I would like my hotsync log to record everything and keep the record, but I also want to install all my applications one by one because of Uninstall Manager.
