You may want to do a search on stylus. There are a bazillion different discussions about them. The search feature here works really well.
HERE (http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5297&highlight=stylus) is a thread that will get you started. It even has pictures!

I use the Fisher Space Pen with Stylus point on it, and I love it. It has a nice weight and works underwater (but, the PDA doesn't)!

I made my own, used the sony stylus, the shell from a bic velocity pen, and the eraser from a pentel pencil. works fine. Plus it matches my pen.

I use Cross Matrix. I prefer a thick pen, and it gives me good solid grip.

From my experience, buying a cheap combo pen with stylus tip, rather than buying a really expensive on. My Fiancee by me a $30+ Lamy combo, and I lost it in a car thef + set car on fire(Long story...don't ask). I feel very sad on loosing that expensive pen. The I start to use a BIC e.3 combo pen. I tends to lost my combo pen very often, not that i am careless, but people love to borrow pens from you and never return...Intentionally or unintentionally. ( I once lost 3 of them in 1 month...)

Cross digital duo writer. Had if for almost a year and a half. Great pen/stylus combo for power users, IMHO
I'm one of the few that actually like the default "tooth-pick" stylus... It's perfectly usable for my needs (writing notes here & there + clicking some buttons)

I use a Pilot Pentopia - just a cheapy pen/stylus combo but it works and as others have said - ther is no weeping when you realize youve lost it. They are only $3 or $4 dollars. I got mine at CompUSA, I consider it very comfortable.

I use a Cross Pen PDA stylus refill. Less than five bucks, and fits most Cross Pens.

A key issue for me is availability. if I don't have the pen on me, what good is it?
I have carried a Fisher 'Bullet Pen' for years- it is small, light, carries easily in a pocket, and is great for 'spur of the moment' notes since it will write on almost anything at any angle. It is also relatively easy to find refills for.
The addition of a functional stylus to my Bullet Pen just makes it better!
Personally, I am giving up on multi-pens. Decent idea, but unless you spend a few bucks on it, you end up with a cheap feeling pen that does not last and often cannot be refilled.
The nicer pens, such as Cross, are very nice- but it is so dang easy to lose, and too expensive to replace frequently.
Besides- even a nice pen is no help if it is not handy. The bigger the pen, the more likely it is t be in a bag or briefcase rather than immediately at hand when you want it.

Heck, the solid plastic stylus that came with my old Palm Pilot works great underwater!
The stylus I use is the Platinum Double 3 Action. It's the best one I've ever had. It's not too big and it's not too small. I got it at CompUSA when they had a rebate, so it was free.

hey... thx ya all for response! I think I'm about to buy the Fisher Space Pen... likes it flexibility. hope it got a nice and comfortable grip and of course good. A good tip is never lend your pen to anybody unless it's a really good friend! I also have many pen lost in that way.

Fisher Bulletpen w/stylus. It's excellent. The Gadgeteer did a nice review about it:

I use the PhD Multi pen made by sanford.
It's cheap enough (under $7.00)-- It has a stylus point, pencil, and pen.
It writes nice and smooth, like an expensive pen--but without the expense.
If I lose it, I won't feel too bad.
