Just "switched" to Mac (iBook 800) and also got an iPod as a gift. I wanted to use iSync to sync the info from my N760 to the Mac and my iPod. I also sync my Clie' on my Windows machine at the office. The Apple site says that when using iSync you should only sync to one computer or you may have problems with your data. :( Has anyone tried this? Can it be done without corrupting the data? Thanks.

O.K., I got up my courage and tried it myself. I haven't noticed any problems yet. Has anyone else tried this? Outcome?

I had a problem syncing my NR-70 between a Powerbook G4 running OS 10.2.3 and my XP PC. On the Powerbook, I have the recently released Palm conduit active on iSync as well as Missinglink. On the XP machine, I am using Palm Desktop 4.
All of my entries synched except that many of the fields were either duplicated in another field or missing altogether. For the most part, it seemed like the e-mail addresses were duplicated into a Work e-mail field, although this did not occur in every entry. Some phone numbers were also duplicated, especially in entries where there was no other information. Several addresses were also missing.
In anycase, I manually corrected the entries and re-synched, and now everything seems to be in order between my Mac, PC, .Mac account, T68i, and Clie.

Thanks for the reply. I am running the PC component at work with windows 2000. I haven't noticed any duplications but I haven't really checked. I better get to work at it.
