Memos in OSX yet?

Has anyone figured out a way to use memo's in OS X without using the Palm Desktop app? Is there any third party app out there with a conduit? I would love to have a conduit for the Stickies app in OS X, but I don't think one exists.

Using WordSmith Carbon for notes, works fine even though I must us word processing side.
