Is there an aplication "Rot VZ", for change the viewing to landscape and portrait mode, but only works in the new VZ90.

Why we don't ask for something similar to Sony for our TH 55?

This has been asked for a long time (especially after the Tungsten T3 came out)

You can ask, but be clear what you are asking for - a significant system upgrade for a line of CLIEs that have never been upgraded before
(for a set of products that are discontinued, and for a product line that is discontinued everywhere except Japan ;-)

More background:
Rotating the screen is not a simple little program/hack, it requires significant reworking of core system components.

RotVZ is a very simple little program/hack that uses system services inside of the VZ90 to rotate the screen (landscape normally, portrait optional)
The Tungsten T3 has a similar system service to rotate the screen (portrait normally, landscape optional)
The other models CLIEs do *not* have these system services (NX/NZ/TH/UX etc).

My general advice: if you want a rotatable CLIE, with amazing battery life (even better than the already amazing TH55), best-on-the-planet PDA screen etc, you can always buy a VZ90 (only 2 or 3 times the cost of a TH55 ;-)
