Connecting to the Web w/ Nokia 7210

I have just purchased a Nokia 7210 GPRS phome equipped with an IR port. There appears to be some info on Nokia's website about using the phone to connect a Palm OS handheld to the web with this unit. Does anyone know any more about this?

I am looking for a driver for my Nokia 7650 since my NX cannot find the modem via IR.
