Certainly doesn't look like a joke. I "joined" because I'm a registered user of LauncherX (but rarely use it because ZLauncher is my launcher of choice). I've been disappointed in the LauncherX (lack of) support for "Active Skins".

It seems to be the same people who ran the Yahoo group and started whining when they got a few posts regarding the lack of customer service from Little Mobile.

Benc happened to be a moderator there.

Then it up and disapeared one day.

I'm seeing a pattern here ...

Did you guys know that even the folks who started and moderated the Launcher III/X yahoo group have no idea what happened to it? It just disappeared and there has been no explanation from Yahoo...nothing?

Oh well, if you like to use, talk about, ask about Launcher X, at least there seems a place to do it again! If you don't, you could always work towards world peace...in fact, you could do that AND visit a LX forum! The possibilities are endless...

I just noticed this thread.  I thought I'd just add a note here as a former LX beta tester and user.

The new forum was started to replace the forum that Yahoo deleted without notice and without permission.   It is intended to be a place where users and beta testers, who are also in the dark about LMC's plans for LX, can meet and help each other.   CS is a great place but there are many non-Clie users of LX that also have questions and concerns.

Uh, I mean I am one of those non-Clie device users...I have a HandEra 330. ANd I agree with that middle-aged boomer guy, that this launcherXplanet.com forum is helpful to a number of users with differing devices. Why, there are at least 3 HE330 users on there! And that's about 10% of the country (USA) as a whole! It's somewhat funny, somewhat entertaining, and somewhat helpful...So I enjoy it, somewhat!
