Help with hotsync please!

Somehow when I tried to get help from Sony all my hotsyn conduits got erased on the desktop so when I run hotsync nothing is really being synced. Anyone know how i can resestablish the conduits. Only three appear when I click on "custom"

The conduits usually are dll files in the top Sony Handheld folder. Some are easilly identifiable, some are obscure. If they are not there, then you'll have to recover the ones deleted or reinstall everything, including the desktop app.

Always make a copy the Sony Handheld folder first. Some had chided me for giving that advice in the past.

Then it should have picked them up. In the past I have been able to repair certain apps, just by moving it's conduit dll file into the main Sony folder.

How did this get messed up in the first place. What did Sony have you do, did they have you reinstall the desktop?
