Anyone using a PDA for doing electronic medical records and/or generating ER charts with programs such as Digital Assist. We are using a mix of handwritten records and templates. Better coding levels with the templates but hard for staff docs to read. Handwritten records are varible on being able to read and often too brief. Dictation not a option 2nd to cost.
