I'm thinking of getting one of those Nokia phones with a built-in camera and GPRS.

However I keep saying to myself... self... you already have an NR70v which takes photos just as good as the dinky Nokia camera... are you gonna carry around 2 cameras?

So I was wondering... Is there some way to transfer photos taken with the NR70v, via infrared I would imagine, to a Nokia phone to be either stored in the phone (identification photo with contacts) or send along via MMS?

Anyone tried this yet?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or ideas...

there's an application from ElectricPocket that I think does what you need;
http://www.electricpocket.com/products/pixer.html

I'm just waiting for Iambic to add that feature to ImabicMail :-)

It's great to have someone who actually uses the system!

Do you send your pic as an MMS or as an e-mail by using an Internet access?

I don't think the 8310 has MMS capabilities nor photo storage...

Interesting enough both Bug Me and Pixer are from the same editor: Electric Pocket.

I have sent them an e-mail with my question and they have responded that they are looking in to it and will respond.

I will post their response here, in case anyone else is interested, along with my tests...

Thanks,
