MS Import doesn't work most of the time

I have an NR-70. I've upgraded my Macs (g4 and g5) to OS 10.3.4. When I go to mount the memory stick using MS Import, it tells me on the Clie that it's connected to the computer, but nothing mounts AND my Clie freezes up (requiring a soft re-set). About 1 out of 10 times it will mount, but if I try to access it on the desktop or through iTunes or iPhoto, I get the dreaded spinning beach ball and it freezes up both Mac and Clie.

Everything else works fine as far as syncing goes (using Missing Sync for Palm OS 4).

Has anyone else experienced this or heard of a fix?

I don't use Missing Sync, but there was a fix in the latest version for kernel panics with 10.3.5. Perhaps you could try upgrading both your MacOS and Missing Sync?
