I have a PEG-NR70/U, and When I try to rotate de screen, apears a mesage "HOLD" and then the screen turn off, but the power button is still green.

The Hold button is on the left side of your NR70.  Side it down to take it out of the Hold state and the screen will come back on.

The HOLD button is in the right place, the screen turn off only when I rotate the screen.
