Standard Sony Launcher SilkScreen

Am new to my NX but wandered if there was an easy way to change the standard silkscreen on the Sony launcher?....

.. I am not interested in loading any 3rd party apps as I am happy with the way that Sony have set things up.. (if it ain't broke don't fix it!!)..

When I press the buttin on the toolbar I see only 1 item.. 'StandardInput'..... how do I add more to this list and where can I get the files from?? :rolleyes:

You can find some skins here:

Just install them to your clie via HotSync. Then goto options/pref and you will see Display with a drop down menu. Just select the skin you installed and you are set.

Just look for silk plugins. The best one I know of is Wondersilk. It replaces your Silkarea with whatever you like. MP3 controls, function buttons, TT 5way controller.

ok.. got the hang of changing the built in launcher but what about the pop up silkscreen... again I don't want to use any extra utils and have added some of the silks from the site but they don't show up from the options menu I just see StandardInput

just install the files and reset. but you'll have to use a file manager (I'm not sure about CLIE FILES, I'm using FileZ 5.22) to change the Type/creator of the skins installed in your system that you don't want to see. you can't change (yet) the skin of the Virtual Graffitti area with the silkskin plugin.
