PG-13 tag for topics?

Could there be a PG-13 designation for posts that thread makers can select? Something like the little icon thingy that's already there, just to make browsing in public places or other situations more comfortable. Just possibly replace that arrow thingy with a red "13"?

Are sub-13 year olds even allowed on this site??

Site owners aren't allowed to collect personal information from >13 year olds unless they have the signed permission of the guardian, I think.
