In an effort to maintain full compatibility and provide for the most features, I have taken the time to update ALL of my skins at WonderSilkSkins.com (www.wondersilkskins.com) to work with the latest v1.25 release of WonderSilk, Kinu-Maru, and WonderMaker. Specifically, the v1.25 version replaces the Japanese keyboard with English versions, where enabled.

I re-loaded all my WonderSilk skins into WonderMaker v1.25, saved them creating new .wsb files, imported the .wsb files to my Clie creating new .prc files, exported them all back to my PC, and then re-built the .zip files and uploaded them back to WonderSilkSkins.com (www.wondersilkskins.com)

That done, here are two added treats:
1. I Zipped ALL of my .wsb and associated .prc files into one .zip file called "WonderSilkSkins.zip" to make downloading the whole collection easier. This is posted here (http://g04.com/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=My_eGallery&file=index&do=showgall&gid=2). (Scroll down on that page, and you should see it.)

It's a 654K file, so if a TON of people download it, I may have to upgrade my hosting account to provide more bandwidth, so donations are gratefully accepted! ;) Note: These skins are FREE. My request for donations is ONLY to cover bandwidth costs. To date, 4 people have graciously donated, and they have provided just enough funds to allow me to register the WonderSilkSkins.com domain and help defray my hosting costs. A BIG thanks to those who donated! JimsTips.com/WonderSilkSkins.com now has 117 registered members--FAR more than I ever expected. Glad to see that so people enjoy it!

2. I added another "Aqua" skin that removes the standard "Silk" buttons and replaces them with some of my oft-used app buttons.

OK, and now my next request: Most of these skins are really just proofs-of-concept, but I feel that if I refined come of them just a bit, they could REALLY shine. I would like to refine some of them to YOUR liking, so I need your feedback. Please post your requests here so that I can compile a list of updates. Please include in your posting the name of the skin and your update request. I cannot guarantee that I will get to all of the updates, but I will do my best.

Again, thank you all for your kind support and appreciation for my skins. PLEASE, if you really like the WonderSilk/WonderMaker programs, email their authors with a note of appreciation.

Great stuff!

I'd like a skin which doesn't yet seem to exist. Is there one with the 'full' TapPad buttons (with the +, -, *, / etc), MP3 controls, cut and paste and the keyboard button. Not interested in anything else.

Great job Jim! Thanks for the skins and the upgrades!
Just a slight documentation correction. Your WonderSilkSkins.zip file contains the WSB and PDB files not the WSB and PRC file.

Thanks...
Helmut

The author has requested that we only link to his home page and NOT link directly to the files. Navigating to the downloadable file can be a bit tricky, but with some patience, you will get it. Follow these steps:

1. Open the http://www.maicca.com/ site in your browser. It's a Japanese site, so for English users without the Japanese Language Extensions installed, the page will have a lot of unrecognizable "special" characters. Near the top of the page, loog for the secrion that reads: "Sorry, this web page is the Japanese language only. (English Here [Auto Translation])"

2. Click on this and ot opens another window containing the English Translation of the page. Japanese to English translation is not pretty, so bare with it.

3. Scroll down to the line that says "For Palm Link" and click on the "Link" icon.

4. Scroll down to the "WonderSilk" section just under the "Freeware" heading (on the left) and click either "Link" icon.

5. Scroll down to the "WonderSilk" section just under the "Freeware" heading (on the left) and just under the "Blue Floppy Disk with the lightning bolt" icon, are two links, one for the WonderSilk .zip file and one for WonderMaker .zip file. Click on these to download.

I am using Internet Explorer, so I cannot guarantee success if you are using another browser.

Good luck!!!
